I would like to post a list of Thanks and refer all of the people I have worked with in purchasing my home and throughout my remodeling process!

-Scott Ryder (Ruhl & Ruhl): My realtor helped me throughout the purchasing process and has given us advice on our remodeling. He also lent us a PVC crimping tool which my father has become very fond of!
-Amber Ernst (Valley Bank-W. Kimberly): Amber was phenomenal throughout my loan process. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the right loan and helped me overcome my obstacles I ran into with different types of loans.
-Ralph W. Heninger: my lawyer who represented me at closing
-United Neighbor's: Dream Program-I attended classes for home buyers and they assisted with closing costs
-The Brickkicker Home Inspection Services: Ned Roman-conducted my whole house inspection
-Springer Professional Home Services: conducted my termite inspection
-Dave Feist & Juanita from Dave Feist State Farm Insurance
-Ewert Plumbing: ran a snake camera in sewer pipe to make sure it was not busted-this is when the furnace was not working and the house was in single digit temperatures!
-Suburban windows:I purchased all of my windows through them. However, I did have some trouble with them and the sashes due to them using a new manufacturer. Their customer service is great but production was poor.
-Jim Barrows:refinished my hardwood floors
-Doors, Inc.: changed locks immediately after closing on the house
-J.L. Brady: fixed furnace which needed to be on in order for the purchase to go through
-Allied Waste/Roll-off Express: dropped off and picked up the dumpster during demolition week
-Habitat for Humanity's ReStore
-Tiffanie: thank you for providing me with numerous advice and referrals-you saved me a lot of legwork/research!
