Well, we weren't going to do much this weekend. But what we did get accomplished was good. And of course, I had to write dad a sappy Father's Day card thanking him for all he has done for me :).
I now have a working ceiling fan light and wall sconce. I even helped install the wall sconce. He got some electrical work completed in the office as well and ready to put that wall sconce up.
Both bedrooms (now my master bedroom and an office) only had wall sconces--the cheap and ugly ones that were barely attached to the wall. And let me tell you, it is hard to find some new ones. Mom found the bedroom one at Home Depot and I found the office one at Light Expressions by Shaw.
I also did some painting of bathroom shelves and touch ups of woodwork in the bathroom. Not to mention, mowing the lawn AGAIN...this rain is really getting annoying.
